Warranty

Description

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is defective or damaged when you receive the item, please contact us immediately. If the product has been used for a period of time, please refer to the following warranty periods:

Jumpgate, 45W AC adapter and other electronic products: 1 year*

Carrying case: 6 months

GripCase, Thumb Grip and other products: 3 months

Screen Protector: No warranty  

Note:

1. All warranty services are only for damage that occurs during normal use, and do not cover damage caused by human factors such as dropping, water spillage, etc. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, for example: the GripCase can become warped if not stored correctly while not in use.

2. Please note that the GripCase and Thumb Grips are susceptible to wear-and-tear.

3. The Jumpgate dock and 45W AC adapter will be replaced with new ones during the warranty period, once troubleshooting has taken place and the defect has been deemed a manufacturer error. If using this product under normal conditions causes the console to be bricked or damaged, we will refund the full amount and cover the maintenance costs, after receiving the Damage Report from Nintendo.

It fits perfectly and you can tell it's quality. The only flaw is that it doesn't fit well in the dock, and if you have a case that fits the Nintendo snugly, it won't fit well either.

I ordered this along with the NeoGrip, I'm not sure I will use it over the NeoGrip but I wanted to leave a review anyways for someone that might be looking at this. It fits and feels great, just without being able to dock it, I am not sure where it fits for my use case. I grabbed it out of curiosity and thought maybe when I travel, I will likely get a travel case that holds the dock so I would be taking the NeoGrip off at that time and this could fit inside a bag without worrying about damaging it. Anyways, it's exactly as it is described and has a great fit so if it suits your needs, you wont be disappointed.

Case itself is good, material feel is the same as the ROG Ally case which is why I instantly came back and pre-purchased before receiving my Switch2. Grip profile is a bit narrow which is okay but I still feel mostly disappointed they felt not being able to dock with the case on was a good design choice.

Love the Standgrip. Had this for the Steam Deck and it’s great. Liking the switch 2 version. The material feels just right. Durable and solid, yet flexible and gives a good grip. The black and the smoky black I picked up are great. And it fits inside the edc case very well. Thanks.
