Warranty

Description

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is defective or damaged when you receive the item, please contact us immediately. If the product has been used for a period of time, please refer to the following warranty periods:

Jumpgate, 45W AC adapter and other electronic products: 1 year*

Carrying case: 6 months

GripCase, Thumb Grip and other products: 3 months

Screen Protector: No warranty  

Note:

1. All warranty services are only for damage that occurs during normal use, and do not cover damage caused by human factors such as dropping, water spillage, etc. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, for example: the GripCase can become warped if not stored correctly while not in use.

2. Please note that the GripCase and Thumb Grips are susceptible to wear-and-tear.

3. The Jumpgate dock and 45W AC adapter will be replaced with new ones during the warranty period, once troubleshooting has taken place and the defect has been deemed a manufacturer error. If using this product under normal conditions causes the console to be bricked or damaged, we will refund the full amount and cover the maintenance costs, after receiving the Damage Report from Nintendo.

The volume from headset or earbuds is very low. And the mic from them didn't work, so it's just sound transmitter. The internal mic sound quality is bad also. The return on you !! Cost average 25$

Sound lags about half a second. The sound quality is weird and the mic registeres the buttons on the controller. Tested with 7 different bt headphones with same results. This device is 100% useless.

Another Xbox audio waste of money does not work properly. My whole party said it sounded like keyboard clicking funny how I don't even use a keyboard or have one plugged in. It also has a built-in microphone that you can't turn off without muting your headset microphone also I contacted support. They were of no help It now sits in the drawer with all the other garbage not happy. Would not recommend this company

It will lose audio momentarily then come back consistently. Almost like it has a weak signal. Won't let you use the mic built into the headphones. Will only let you use the cheap tiny mic built into the adapter, which is in your lap not at your face.

Looks good but does not work properly. The lag in audio is about 0,5 seconds on all 6 tested bluetooth headphones. The audio quality is also horrible. The mic is unusable since it registers all button presses. This product is a complete failure.

In game Audio keeps cutting out, it is very inconsistent. I cannot hear anyone over voice chat only the game even though it shows myself and others talking there’s no audio.
