Reminder: When the temperature drops below 10 degrees Celsius, the tape adhesive weakens. Before use, you can warm the tape's surface to restore optimal bonding with a hair dryer (Ideal temperature: 20-40 degrees Celsius).

Warranty

Description

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is defective or damaged when you receive the item, please contact us immediately. If the product has been used for a period of time, please refer to the following warranty periods:

Jumpgate, 45W AC adapter and other electronic products: 1 year*

Carrying case: 6 months

GripCase, Thumb Grip and other products: 3 months

Screen Protector: No warranty  

Note:

1. All warranty services are only for damage that occurs during normal use, and do not cover damage caused by human factors such as dropping, water spillage, etc. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, for example: the GripCase can become warped if not stored correctly while not in use.

2. Please note that the GripCase and Thumb Grips are susceptible to wear-and-tear.

3. The Jumpgate dock and 45W AC adapter will be replaced with new ones during the warranty period, once troubleshooting has taken place and the defect has been deemed a manufacturer error. If using this product under normal conditions causes the console to be bricked or damaged, we will refund the full amount and cover the maintenance costs, after receiving the Damage Report from Nintendo.

Great button enhancers, helps with the ergonomics of the steam deck

Before you buy, check how you grip the deck. I personally feel more comfortable with my fingers laid across the back buttons (as I don't use them), not on them. When I tried these, they cut into my fingers. So if you grip the deck in the same way as me, this product is not for you

It is aesthetically pleasing, offered in a range of colors to suit your preferences. it applies with little difficulty, and further extends the depth of the Steam Deck’s Rear Buttons so that they’re easier to access (previously, utilizing them meant straining my fingers). Work as described. Except the installation was little bit harder for male without nails :D. But I managed :). And since there were spare tapes, I was not worried too much if I screw it up too much for the first time. (Which I did not fortunately) Maybe I could survive without them, but it is better to have them, it is easier to press them now.

Before these it my I would struggle using the back buttons with the case on but with these it’s easier. So far 6 months of use and they haven’t come off.

The angle these are at perfectly meet where your fingers lay and make the triggers so much easier to press. Comes with tons of extra adhesive stickers which ended up being needed when replacing my stock rear shell with a vented clear rgb one from Jsaux. Subtle but nice touch that prevented me from having to rebuy and I really appreciate that. Unless you pry with your nail from underneath these aren’t going anywhere. Very secure!

The back paddles now feel good. The fingers can rest on the grooves of the buttons now.

Comme d'habitude avec Skull & Co, l'objet bien présenté dans son emballage, ça fait tout de suite une différence. L'installation se fait en deux temps trois mouvements, il y a juste à décoller les petites bandes adhésives sous chaque bouton, et à placer correctement ces derniers par-dessus les boutons arrière de la console. Même en essayant délibérément de les bouger en les poussant avec mes doigts, ils tiennent bien en place sans se déplacer ou quoi que ce soit, c'est rassurant sur la tenue à long terme ! Que vous ayez une coque ou non, la prise en main des boutons arrières est tout de suite beaucoup plus agréable. En fait, la prise en main de la console tout court s'en voit améliorée ! C'est assez difficile à voir sur les photos du produit, mais la courbe présente sur chaque bouton fait que vos doigts se posent très naturellement dessus, sans avoir à passer 15 secondes à ajuster la position. Les boutons sont lisses cependant, si vous transpirez beaucoup des mains ça pourrait poser problème.

Los botones inferiores de Steam Deck se sienten y funcionan mucho mejor con estos puestos, pero supongo que podría depender del tamaño de tu manos, para mis manos grandes ya estan indispensables.
