Warranty

Description

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is defective or damaged when you receive the item, please contact us immediately. If the product has been used for a period of time, please refer to the following warranty periods:

Jumpgate, 45W AC adapter and other electronic products: 1 year*

Carrying case: 6 months

GripCase, Thumb Grip and other products: 3 months

Screen Protector: No warranty  

Note:

1. All warranty services are only for damage that occurs during normal use, and do not cover damage caused by human factors such as dropping, water spillage, etc. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, for example: the GripCase can become warped if not stored correctly while not in use.

2. Please note that the GripCase and Thumb Grips are susceptible to wear-and-tear.

3. The Jumpgate dock and 45W AC adapter will be replaced with new ones during the warranty period, once troubleshooting has taken place and the defect has been deemed a manufacturer error. If using this product under normal conditions causes the console to be bricked or damaged, we will refund the full amount and cover the maintenance costs, after receiving the Damage Report from Nintendo.

It's a solid case for the most part I don't know how much protection it'll provide for a fall but the grip is good. The ability to stand the steam deck in the case is nice especially for me since I'm in a wheelchair. I love the coyote grey colour the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it feels somewhat loose at the sides which I'd imagine it will only get worse if the case is taken on and off regularly. The biggest feature of the gripcase is that it elegantly stands without any extra kickstand. The purple color looks amazing. I have large hands, and the case does increase the size of the deck a bit, so I don't have to constantly adjust my grip. The case is also really light, I don't feel a major difference in overall weight There is one flaw to the design - it doesn't fit snuggly around the device, which results in movement in the palm area. This can be easily fixed with double sided tape, so it doesn't bother me at all anymore The description says the case is incompatible with original OLED carry case - actually it closes without major effort, but I suspect it can potentially cause long-term damage to sticks. Or maybe not. Anyway, Max carry case is worth the money anyway

LOVE the standing functionality and it's way more stable than anticipated. Originally all I wanted was a bit of protection for when I put down my Steam Deck and I wanted it to be compatible with the carrying case. Now... it's my own damn fault for missing some key info on the page, because it actually didn't fit with the case (1TB OLED, the dual sleeve case). The website very clearly says it won't fit with the OLED case, so no stars subtract... More
