    Warranty

    Description

    The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is defective or damaged when you receive the item, please contact us immediately. If the product has been used for a period of time, please refer to the following warranty periods:

    Jumpgate, 45W AC adapter and other electronic products: 1 year*

    Carrying case: 6 months

    GripCase, Thumb Grip and other products: 3 months

    Screen Protector: No warranty  

    Note:

    1. All warranty services are only for damage that occurs during normal use, and do not cover damage caused by human factors such as dropping, water spillage, etc. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, for example: the GripCase can become warped if not stored correctly while not in use.

    2. Please note that the GripCase and Thumb Grips are susceptible to wear-and-tear.

    3. The Jumpgate dock and 45W AC adapter will be replaced with new ones during the warranty period, once troubleshooting has taken place and the defect has been deemed a manufacturer error. If using this product under normal conditions causes the console to be bricked or damaged, we will refund the full amount and cover the maintenance costs, after receiving the Damage Report from Nintendo.

    While it doesn't quite fit the bad ergonomics on the rog it definitely helps with hand pain from holding it. I have pretty big hands and the rog just hurt to hold before I got these

    Grip feels nice and it fits very nice. The Protective Case I got with mine is amazing and now I take my Ally everywhere with me. 5/5, definitely a good purchase.

    OEM like fitment and quality. I was looking for a grip case that didn’t cover the whole console and found this. Just as other reviews mentioned this is a very premium grip and hard shell case. The already easy to hold console feels even nicer now (textured grip on the back) making it feel more like a Xbox or Switch Pro controller.     Case is a good quality and value for money. I haven’t dropped my ally or thrown it in celebration of winning a game(mainly because I don’t win) but in my general use it has protected the ally from bumps and scratches. It is slim and doesn’t add much to the size of the ally.

    The product is spectacular. It is made of plastic (not silicone), feels great to the touch, does not add extra weight to the console, improves grip, and is of very good quality. I used to have a silicone one, and the fit of them is not perfect (unlike this product) and in some cases, interferes with the mobility of the controller (terrible).     The grip is very comfortable. The Ally itself is kind of weirdly shaped, and this doesn't fix that completely, but it's a good grip that makes the Ally feel much better.

    This is a great addition to my ROG Ally. It has made it so much nicer to hold and the bonus of being able to stand it upright is also nice.
